Refund & Cancellation

To place a refund/cancellation request for an order placed with GorangaTech, you would need to contact GorangaTech via email at support@gorangatech.com, by phone at +44 (0) 20 8099 1011.

Please have your order number or transaction number provided along with a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. You request will be reviewed in 3 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend response time in exceptional cases without a prior notice.

In cases of a Direct Debit, the refund request can be processed only after 5 weeks period from the payment date.
